Accompanying Persons

  • must be registered by the related participant
  • may participate in events such as the conference dinner and in excursions; they are requested to book them through the account of the related participant

Forms of payment

Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. All bank charges must be paid by the participant. The bank account information is given on the invoice.

We accept the credit cards American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard and Visa.

Payments should be made in Euro.


Each participant will receive a confirmation of registration by e-mail. After registration, abstracts can be submitted online.

Conditions and Cancellation

Conference Fees

For cancellation of your participation in the GAMM 2011 conference, please notify the Conference Office in a written form. In case of written cancellation until February 28, 2011, payments will be fully refunded, minus € 15.- handling fee. For cancellations from March 1, 2011 on, no reimbursement is possible. Cancellation notifications must be confirmed by the Conference Office. Reimbursements are settled after the conference.

Hotel reservations

Hotel reservations are at the participant’s own responsibility. In case of cancellation, a written note must be addressed to Graz Tourist Office by Email: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , or by Fax: +43/316/8075-55.

Reimbursements are possible at the following cancellation fees:

  • without cancellation fee: up to 8 days before arriva
  • 75% of all reserved room nights: 7 days or less before arrival
  • 100%: no show, no written cancellation

The official language of the conference will be English. No simultaneous translation will be available.
